1.Brief description of how you got to where you are in terms of your career
My name is Kayabouw.Mo Growing up as always been a self-motivated individual, A dreamer and not just any dreamer, I dreamt in colours. My love for Art channelled me into enrolling for a Diploma in Graphic Development at Rosebank College, Since then I’ve never looked back, it has been a rocky path, I recall my first year, I had to wake in the wee hours of the morning (3am) to catch a bus to Pretoria which is ,+- 3hours drive on a daily basis to get to the Campus. Through all this I stayed focused, because I had dreams and ambitions to fulfil, My hard work had finally paid off, I’ve completed my diploma in record time with zero repeated modules. I am currently a Design Intern in some Business Development Company. I am not where I want to be yet ,I strongly believe that I am on the right path , My dreams are so big they scare me and I want to see each and every one of them come true.
3. A brief advice you can give to people aspiring to be in your position.
Dear African Child your dreams are valid, Don’t let your dreams die, while you are still alive. There’s a reserved power , ability, untapped strength or unused talent which is referred to as “potential” in every individual, so one need to start by working in finding their potential and passion, Adopt the ‘I Can Attitude’ ,Never allow anyone to define you, You know yourself best ,Be Your own cheerleader, Pray and Speak your dreams into existence and they sure will align with the universe and Come true.
