My decision to get into advertising was inspired by the faculty cleaner
from the art department at the University of Namibia. At that time I was
struggling with guidance of what I actually wanted to do for a career. I
always knew I was artistic my whole life but didn’t really know which in

global network Saatchi & Saatchi as a junior graphic artist. Then moved
to McCann, afterwards I worked my way up to Advantage Y&R as
Associate Creative Director and now I’m Creative Director at Leo Burnett
Group. Creativity is such a unique gift, you can’t take it away from any
body. I grew to learn that hiring someone is about utilizing their best skills
to help shape the vision of the company.
Respect and Fear are often misunderstood, fear only disturbs the passion a person need to do their job. Being a creative leader is about Respect, Integrity, honor and humility. Living by those words alone you won’t have to try hard to inspire your team Love with authority and authorize with love”.
